On weekends or holidays, your package will ship out the next business day since we're usually out of the office during these times.
Warning: Due to a significant increase in demand driven by the end of the year, it is taking us longer to fulfill orders. US Territories will delay 5-10 days and outside the US may take 25-30 days to deliver.
Shipping can also be affected by national holidays, adverse weather conditions and other issues. We are not responsible for delays and extra fees incurred due to these events.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
